March Meeting at the Jung Hotel
Our highly anticipated March MSWIT meeting will take place on Tuesday, March 27 at the brand "new" Jung Hotel on Canal Street. For many of our long-standing members, this will bring back many memories of great events held at the "old" Jung Hotel (exact same location). The author of this article had her high school prom at the Jung!
So mark your calendars now. Marc Becker has some great plans for our special meeting including a joint networking mixer with members of the N.O. Tour Guides Association who have their own meeting at the hotel that evening as well.
For this special joint mixer, the Jung will be providing complimentary soft drinks, waters, and appetizers with a cash bar for alcoholic drinks. They will also have a short 5 minute speaker who will provide a brief presentation on the history of Upper Canal and the Jung Hotel.
Valet parking is available at $10 plus there are close by self parking options priced at $6. One across the street from the hotel on Canal St. and the other on the Villere St. side of the hotel.
